We load up our patient's images.

Next we use an algorithm to reconstruct the 3D data, adjusting the tissues of interest (here for bone).

Next we locate our structures of interest.

And use a tool to digitally model the bony structure  while ignoring the soft tissues.

We then manually refine our digital model, removing any extraneous details while improving the definition of important anatomical points.

Our model is ready for secondary processing.

Here we assess the model under mathematical lighting.

And remove any specs of debris we missed!

Before smoothing any lumps and filling in any divots providing a more consistent model.

The model is almost print-ready and we can now load it onto the digital printing bed for inspection.

Here we add in support structures to elevate it away from the bed. We can play with its printing orientation to optimise its stability and print time.

Finally, a quick check of the printing process to check for any potential issues before pressing GO! We can also have a quick look at the print cost and weight of material used.
